G.E.M.S are the lovely ladies presented to society after undergoing the PGAR process- "we pack&polish ; you sparkle&shine". The PGAR process mimics the transformation raw material undergoes when producing birthstones (G.E.M.S). Cultivation, Extraction, Polishing ,and Sponsoring briefly outline the Lifestylist's plan. The goal is providing a springboard for the G.E.M.S to blossom!

G is for Growth (Luke 2:52)
E is for Empowerment (Proverbs 31:25)
M is for Mentorship (Titus 2:3)
S is for Scholarship (Proverbs 14:18)

To whomever this may concern: future G.E.M.S, parents, lifestylists , or woman of the renaissance- we encourage you to see the beauty in imperfection. Employ the love triangle and blossom in the 'Garden of Growth'. Why be a hard rock if you really are G.E.M.S ?
